Register your product details.
Use the model and SKU label on the underside of the chair, together with your invoice or order confirmation. Registration helps us locate these details later, but does not replace proof of purchase.
Your consumer rights remain unchanged. Product registration is not required to access remedies available under Australian Consumer Law, and it does not change the warranty period published for your product.
