We have extended this pre-order allocation to 10 October 2026 while we coordinate production and freight from factories in Korea and Vietnam. RINGO gen2 and T20 are made in Vietnam. Can I cancel my pre-order?+
Cancel before warehouse picking and packing begins for a 100% refund, subject to any special-order exclusion clearly disclosed before payment. Once picking and packing begins, contact SIDIZ Australia to confirm whether cancellation is still possible. Once the delivery carrier collects your order from our Australian warehouse, change-of-mind return costs apply, even while the order is in transit. See the cancellation stages and Return Policy for return freight, original delivery charges and restocking conditions. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected.
When will my order arrive?+
The product page shows when dispatch is expected to begin. Delivery time starts after dispatch and depends on location, carrier capacity and access. The estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Is payment taken now?+
Yes. Payment confirms the reservation against the incoming allocation. A third-party payment provider may begin its schedule before dispatch.
Can I mix in-stock and pre-order items?+
You can, but the order may be held until every item is ready unless split delivery is arranged. Place separate orders when you need available stock sooner.
What happens if timing changes?+
SIDIZ Australia will provide the reason, revised estimated timing and available options. A material delay includes a full-refund path if you do not wish to wait.
