How to identify a pre-order

An eligible product is marked PRE-ORDER on its product card and product page. The pre-order wave and estimated dispatch timing are shown before payment and carried into your cart and order confirmation.

Current availability

No product is available for pre-order unless it appears in the current pre-order collection. Products in Spring Arrival are in-stock offers and follow their stated normal dispatch information.

Before you order

Pre-orders are paid in full and reserve the exact model, option and colour selected from an incoming allocation. Estimated dispatch is not a guaranteed delivery date. Read the Pre-order and Delivery terms before ordering.
