Using your chair safely
Removing marks from the frame
A melamine foam cleaning block can help remove marks from the chair frame. Rub gently, as excessive pressure may damage the surface.
Reclining safely
Do not throw your body weight suddenly against the backrest. Excessive force while reclining can create a tipping risk.
FAQ
How far does the GX backrest recline, and can it be locked?
The backrest reclines from approximately 100 to 120 degrees. Four stop positions let you hold the range that suits focused work, play or rest.
Can the GX seat be replaced?
The seat can be serviced separately. Contact SIDIZ Australia to confirm replacement-part availability and the correct service process.
Why can I not change tilt tension while the backrest is reclined?
The tension lever is locked while the backrest is held in recline positions two to four. Return the backrest to the upright first position and remove pressure from it before changing the tension.
