Frequently asked questions
Growing adjustment, parts and care for RINGO gen2.
How long can a child use RINGO gen2?
The four-step growing system is designed to adjust across the primary-school years. Fit depends on the child's proportions and desk height, so check the dimensions and try the chair where practical.
When should the footrest be used?
Use it whenever the child's feet cannot rest flat and securely on the floor. Remove it when the child can maintain that posture without support.
Can I choose castors that roll and brake?
Compatible Type B urethane, sit-brake and glide options may be available. Contact SIDIZ Australia to confirm the correct part for this generation.
How do I keep the chair looking fresh?
Wipe the vegan-leather surfaces promptly, wash removable covers according to their care label and keep castors free of hair and debris.
The centre column turns slightly. Is that a fault?
A small amount of component movement can be normal, while the fixed centre-column design limits free chair rotation. Contact support if movement is excessive or affects stability.
