Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, exclude or modify, the rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
A melamine foam cleaning block can help remove marks from the chair frame. Rub gently, as excessive pressure may damage the surface.
Do not throw your body weight suddenly against the backrest. Excessive force while reclining can create a tipping risk.
The headrest and seat are designed to be serviced separately. Contact SIDIZ Australia to confirm compatible replacement-part availability.
The backrest reclines to approximately 125 degrees. Four stop positions at about 105, 113, 121 and 125 degrees support focused work and rest.
The resistance control is locked while the backrest is held in a reclined position. Return the backrest to upright and remove pressure from it before changing resistance.
