How far does the GX backrest recline, and can it lock?
GX reclines through four positions from approximately 100 to 120 degrees, and the backrest angle can be locked.
Can the seat be replaced?
Contact SIDIZ Australia support to confirm service and replacement-seat availability for your model.
Why can I not adjust tilt resistance while reclined?
The resistance lever is locked in recline positions two to four. Return the backrest to the upright first position, without leaning against it, before adjusting resistance.
