THE AIRY STANDARD
A new standard for mesh chairs

T50 AIR 2nd generation

T50 AIR 2nd generation was developed from the real-world feedback of more than three million T50 users. It pairs precise personal fitting with high-strength Airflex mesh across the seat and backrest, addressing small gaps and unwanted play found through long-term use.

Firm support, constant airflow and a refreshed adjustment system keep the chair comfortable through long periods of focused work in every season.

SIDIZ T50 AIR 2nd Generation Ergonomic Full-Mesh Office Chair

Full mesh, refined personal fitting. Airflex mesh runs from the backrest through the seat, while a wider lumbar pad, 310 mm mesh headrest and higher 4D armrests respond more closely to different bodies and working postures.

The standard for a good chair keeps evolving

Feedback from more than three million users made the next steps clear. SIDIZ examined what people needed, and what still felt unresolved, through every moment spent in the chair.

The chair that changed chairs

T50 became part of daily life in offices, home offices and studies, helping reshape expectations for Korean task seating.

Finding friction in the familiar

Rather than relying on the model's reputation, SIDIZ analysed years of review data to identify small but repeated sources of discomfort.

Details redesigned

The lumbar feel, headrest shape and range, and low armrest position were all refined to create a more assured sitting experience.

Full mesh, from backrest to seat

Mesh across the backrest and seat releases heat and moisture quickly. The open structure maximises circulation for fresh comfort throughout the year.

Close detail of T50 AIR Airflex mesh

Airflex Mesh

A high-strength mesh with resilient elastic recovery supports the hips and back without losing its shape through long use.

Durable full-mesh construction of T50 AIR 2nd generation

Durable Design

BIFMA-tested construction supports up to 125 kg. A damaged seat can be purchased and replaced separately, extending the useful life of the chair.

T50 AIR 2ND GENERATION

Is full mesh your fit?

Prefer an airy seat to a cushioned one? T50 AIR combines a mesh seat and backrest with adjustable support, so you can fine-tune your setup for the way you work.

Choose your colour, then review the price and current delivery details before ordering.

SEAT FEEL

Airflow through the seat and back

The open mesh structure lets air circulate around both contact areas. Prefer a cushioned fabric seat? Compare the T50 2nd generation.

PERSONAL FIT

Support you can adjust

Adjust the lumbar support, headrest and armrests to suit your seated position. See the adjustment guide, and make room for regular movement breaks.

YOUR WORKSPACE

Check the fit before you choose

Compare the chair dimensions with your desk height and the space around it. Your body proportions and preferred seat feel matter as much as the room itself.

Comfort, redesigned

Lumbar support

A precise mechanism reduces downward drift and unwanted play while reclining, supporting consistent comfort through long periods of sitting.

Wide flexible Ergofit lumbar support

Ergofit Lumbar Support

A support area about 1.5 times wider than before spreads pressure rather than concentrating it. Flexible material follows the body's contours.

2D Adjustment

Adjust the support through 50 mm of height and 10 mm of depth to find the position that fits the lower back.

Headrest

A wider support surface keeps comfort continuous wherever the head rests.

Breathable mesh headrest

Mesh Headrest

Breathable mesh releases heat while the broad surface supports the neck and head through changing postures.

310 mm Wide Support

The wider surface keeps contact as the head turns or rests at an angle.

Height and Angle Adjustment

Tune the headrest through 55 mm of height and 55 degrees of angle for focused or relaxed postures.

Armrests

Support from elbow to wrist reduces load through the shoulders across different bodies and working postures.

Raised Starting Height

The armrests begin 25 mm higher than before, helping more body types keep elbows supported and shoulders relaxed.

4D Adjustment

Adjust 60 mm in height, 30 mm fore and aft, 20 degrees in angle and 10 mm in width to support the arms through different tasks.

Waterfall Armrest Pad

The inward-falling edge helps prevent pressure on the forearm as posture changes.

Comfort for every body

Ergonomics that read the body

The T50 heritage is shaped around natural spinal and pelvic curves. It reduces localised pressure as posture changes through long sessions of work and concentration.

T50 original S-curve backrest profile

Original S-Curve Backrest

The backrest follows the spine's natural S-curve to help maintain a balanced posture without loading the lumbar region unnecessarily.

T50 AIR Sync Tilt mechanism

Sync Tilt

The chair's central movement mechanism lets the body change position naturally instead of remaining fixed. Recline range and resistance can both be tuned to the body and task.

Synchronised Tilting

The backrest and seat move at coordinated but different angles to keep the lower back and pelvis supported.

Five Recline Limits

Set the available travel from 105 to 130 degrees, from upright focus to relaxed rest.

T50 AIR tilt tension control

Fine Tilt Tension

Use the lever to tune how firmly the backrest moves for the sitter's build and preference.

Details that complete the comfort

Hybrid Seat System

Swap between a fabric and mesh seat as preferences or seasons change. The simple release structure is designed for owner replacement.

Urethane castors on T50 AIR

Urethane Castors

Softer urethane contact reduces rolling noise and helps protect floor surfaces from scratches.

Using your chair safely

Gently cleaning the T50 AIR chair frame

Removing marks from the frame

A melamine foam cleaning block can help remove marks from the chair frame. Rub gently, as excessive pressure may damage the surface.

T50 AIR backrest moving through its recline range

Reclining safely

Do not throw your body weight suddenly against the backrest. Excessive force while reclining can create a tipping risk.

FAQ

What changed in T50 AIR 2nd generation?

It retains the T50 S-curve identity while refining the parts most often mentioned in long-term feedback: a wider lumbar pad with less unwanted play, a 310 mm mesh headrest, higher 4D armrests and a removable seat system that can swap between mesh and fabric.

How does the lumbar support adjust?

The 290 x 160 mm flexible pad adjusts through 50 mm of height and 10 mm of depth. Its wider contact area spreads pressure, and the support can be moved away when a less prominent lumbar feel is preferred.

How does the tilt mechanism work?

Synchronised Tilt moves the seat and backrest at coordinated angles. Five limits set the available recline travel between 105 and 130 degrees, while the lever provides fine tension adjustment.

Should I choose the fabric T50 or full-mesh T50 AIR?

Choose T50 for a more cushioned fabric-seat feel and T50 AIR for maximum airflow through both the backrest and seat. The second-generation removable seat structure is designed to let owners change between compatible fabric and mesh seats when AU parts become available.

How do the armrests support long computer sessions?

The armrests adjust 60 mm in height, 30 mm fore and aft, 20 degrees in angle and 10 mm in width. Their higher starting point and waterfall edge help support the forearms while reducing load through the shoulders.

Can worn or marked parts be replaced separately?

The chair was designed around Easy Repair so serviceable parts can be replaced without discarding the whole chair. Australian availability of headrest, seat, seat-cover and armrest-pad parts will vary; contact SIDIZ Australia before ordering.
